Purpose and legal basis

To handle your enquiry, respond and arrange your requested initial property discussion. Legal basis: precontractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable. The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Data and operation

Name and email are required; telephone, residence, budget, timing and message are optional. Do not include banking data or identity documents. The form generates a reference and message in your browser; it does not save an enquiry to a database. Data is transmitted when you send it from your email application or WhatsApp. Both services process data under their own terms; email is available without WhatsApp.

Recipients and Aura Dubai

The initial recipient is ZOIS, its authorised enquiry handlers and necessary technical providers. There is no automatic forwarding to Aura Dubai. Before sharing data with Aura in the UAE, the receiving entity, purpose, necessary data and applicable transfer mechanism will be identified. The form’s introduction preference does not itself authorise an international transfer.

Retention

For enquiries without follow-up: review and delete or anonymise after 6 months from the last contact, except for legal duties or documented legal-claims needs. Appropriate periods will be defined for active relationships. This criterion also applies to enquiries received by email or WhatsApp.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable using the contact above. Any later consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior processing. You may complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es). This form performs no automated decisions or profiling.
